About the role:

As a Network Planning Project Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of key business development projects across the network, including new store openings, relocations, expansions, and refits. You will manage projects end-to-end, from approval through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and partners, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, proactively manage risks, and maintain clear, accurate communication throughout the project lifecycle. 

This role plays a critical part in enabling network growth through strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous reporting.

 

About you:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with the ability to influence and build effective relationships across all levels
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Proven experience working directly with franchise store
  • Experience in delivery of retail store projects/ or similar
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy and problem-solving capability
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking project costs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems/databases
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines
