In this role, you’ll bring strong people management, coaching and mentoring experience, helping colleagues grow while supporting clear career development pathways. You’ll lead with empathy and inclusivity, promoting colleague wellbeing and creating a culture built on trust, respect and open communication. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll be confident influencing others, supporting change and building strong relationships that drive results.
You’ll also be responsible for delivering key operational objectives, including managing resources effectively, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensuring agreed KPIs are achieved. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll use your problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to improve performance, enhance the customer experience and support business-wide service delivery.
To be successful, you'll have experience managing team performance within a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of cost control and resource planning, and confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems. Experience handling customer escalations and delivering successful resolutions is essential.
