As Retail Supervisor you will assist the store directors/Managers with the retail operations with a particular responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent technical standards and customer service and to exceed performance targets. You will support by using key performance indicators to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits and management team in the effective running of the store. You will support with supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent retail standards and customer service. You will support by inspiring the team and using KPI’s to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits.

You will be a key part in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment both for our customers and our team. You do not need experience within optics, if you have strong retail supervisor/managerial skills then dont hesitate to apply.

This includes: 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Strong supervisor/retail managment experience 
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
