So, you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Administrator/Scheduler role in our Home Visits business could be perfect for you.
As an Administrator/Scheduler at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. This role is very customer focussed, as well as being key to the success of our clinics. You will make and take calls from patients, care homes and 3rd parties, and book, schedule and plan the clinics efficiently for our Home Visits teams. You will also update patient records, arrange for deliveries of patient’s new glasses, liaise with the field-based teams on a daily basis, along with other general admin duties, all the while ensuring our customers feel listened to and receive a gold standard service.
We are looking for someone with proven administration and scheduling experience, who has excellent organisational and time management skills. This is a fast-paced role, so you will need to be able to manage a busy workload and conflicting deadlines. An excellent telephone manner is a must in this role.

What we’re looking for?
- Current or previous appointment setting or scheduling experience is essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are also desired
