Are you highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly? If so, our Scheduler role within Specsavers Home Visits could be the perfect next step in your career.
As a Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in the success of our busy Home Visits service. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily clinic schedules, planning efficient appointment routes and ensuring our optometrists and audiologists are able to deliver seamless care to customers across the region.
No two days are the same. You'll manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls, respond to enquiries, schedule and reschedule appointments, and work closely with clinicians to maximise clinic capacity while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Alongside scheduling, you'll complete a wide range of administration tasks that are essential to keeping clinics running efficiently. This includes updating customer records, processing clinic information, maintaining accurate databases, supporting compliance requirements and ensuring all appointment information is accurate and up to date.
Working in a busy operational environment, you'll need to balance competing priorities, adapt quickly to last-minute changes and solve scheduling challenges as they arise. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential.
Why join us?
You'll be part of a supportive and friendly team delivering care to people who are unable to visit our stores. The work you do behind the scenes has a direct impact on ensuring our clinicians can provide life-changing eye and hearing care to customers in their own homes.
