So you’re an organisation expert wanting to take your career to the next level? Our Home Visits Administrator & Scheduler role could be perfect for you.
As an Administrator/Scheduler at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our business. You’ll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you’ll always put the customers first. This will also involve updating customer files so attention to detail is key as are excellent communication skills as your clinical team are going to be carrying out clinics across the region. Liaising with external parties is also part of the role, so confidence when dealing with people is essential.
The Home Visits side of this means you’ll be surrounded and supported by a team bringing care to the homes of the people who can’t come into our stores.

What we’re looking for?
- Previous administration, appointment setting or scheduling experience are required
- Good telephone manner
- Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are also desired
