Clinical Supervisor

At Specsavers, our Clinical Supervisors play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the clinic and are a key pillar of the customer journey. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that patients attending appointments are seen promptly and efficiently, helping to maintain a seamless and well-organised experience throughout their visit. As the first point of contact for many patients, Clinical Supervisors are instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and professional experience for every customer.

Please note that previous optics experience is essential for this role.
