Location: Specsavers Truro
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum
Working days: Tuesday to Saturday, 8.45am – 5.15pm

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone who is:

• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Experienced in administration within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable managing and co-ordinating clinic diaries
• A strong communicator with a good standard of written English and maths
• Ideally, has previous experience in clinic administration or healthcare support

What the role involves:

• Co-ordinating Audiology clinics to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow
• Supporting the wider Audiology team with administrative tasks and diary management
• Triaging patient queries with professionalism and care
• Using Excel reports to help maximise clinic efficiency
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both new and existing patients
• Supporting patients with their hearing aids and equipment – full training provided
