Specsavers Northallerton/Thirsk Hearcare Our Audiology Clinical Support staff are vital in the running of our hearcare businesses. You will support our Hearing Aid Dispensers to help our stores maximise the efficiency of their hearing service and provide excellent customer care
We’re looking for someone to join our friendly team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key.
Our Store Located in Northallerton and Thirsk, in our Audiology business.

What we are looking for? • Someone with previous audiology experience • Organisational skills • Customer service experience
Some of the key tasks are as follows - • Triaging the diary • Make sure appointments are running smoothly • Filtering clinics • Dealing with deliveries and orders • Promote hearcare to customers on the shop floor
