Located in the heart of Telford town centre, our Specsavers store is a busy and welcoming environment where no two days are the same. The store benefits from excellent transport links, with Telford Central railway station within walking distance and a major bus station nearby, making it easily accessible for both colleagues and customers. The store is equipped with modern optical and hearcare facilities and is supported by a friendly, experienced team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care. What we’re looking for? 

Some of the responsibilities of this role include: 

• Welcoming customers into store 
• Booking contact lens appointments
• Supporting contact lens collections and orders
• Teaching customers how to use and care for contact lenses
• Advising on contact lens products and solutions
• Handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone
• Maintaining accurate customer records
