About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationshiaps with our in-store retail teams.

In this role, you’ll be based at our Taylors Lakes and Keilor Downs, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.

This 12-month Fixed-Term, Full-Time (Monday–Friday) position will see you working three days across Taylors Lakes and Keilor Downs, with two days supporting neighbouring stores in Point Cook and Wyndham Village.

Skills & Experience:
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;

  • Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
