As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

The Swansea Specsavers store is a busy, community-focused location known for delivering exceptional customer care and clinical excellence. Prominently located on The Kingsway, one of Swansea’s main retail and commercial thoroughfares, the store benefits from high footfall and a diverse customer base, offering both optical and audiology services. The area is well-served by excellent public transport links, with multiple bus routes nearby and Swansea train station within easy walking distance, making it highly accessible for both customers and colleagues.
