Our store
The Specsavers store in Mumbles offers a friendly, community-focused environment where delivering exceptional customer care is at the heart of everything we do. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting patients through their eye care and hearing care journey, ensuring every visit is welcoming, professional, and tailored to individual needs. The store combines modern clinical equipment with a collaborative team culture, providing opportunities to develop product knowledge, clinical awareness, and strong customer service skills. Conveniently located in the heart of Mumbles, the store is easily accessible via regular local bus routes and is within walking distance of nearby amenities, making commuting straightforward.
Our team
The team at the Mumbles Specsavers store is friendly, supportive, and highly collaborative, creating a positive working environment for both new and experienced colleagues. You’ll be working alongside a mix of optical assistants, clinicians, and store leaders who are all committed to delivering excellent patient care and supporting one another in day-to-day tasks. The team prides itself on strong communication, a willingness to help, and a shared focus on achieving both individual and store goals. - Booking in eye tests
- Pre-screening patients
