Our Audiology Practitioners are key to making sure the customer journey is fantastic. You will make sure that the screening process is efficient, providing the best customer service for both NHS and private customers. In this role, you’ll be supported by an HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser), and work with them to keep building your skills and complete your training. The role will mainly involve performing wax removals using micro suction, along with administration duties. Our store
Based in our lovely store in Stratford-upon-Avon where they have a lovely big staff room with chill area and a pool table too! The team are a very happy bunch as they scored the Director and store a fantastic 97% as a Great Place to Work! There may also be a requirement to work at the Alcester store too.

- Full-time: 40 hours per week over 5 days to include one weekend day. Part-time hours can be considered too (minimum of 3 days per week, to include share of weekend working)
- Core business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm
- Salary up to £28,500 for candidates with wax removal qualification and experience or £12.41 per hour for candidates who require full training

What we’re looking for?
- Good written and verbal English skills / good communication
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Keen interest in self-development
- Interested in furthering your clinical skills
Desirable skills:
- Fluency in use of patient management systems (e.g. Socrates/Auditdata/Sycle) or previous experience in an audiology or optical setting or retail
- Current wax removal qualification/certificate preferred but not essential as full training will be given
