For a role such as this, you will need experience in a similar role as a Contact Lens Assistant or Optical Assistant as we're looking to utilise your passion for optics, equally important are good customer care skills.
Our store
Based in the heart of Shirley, Hampshire, our store is looking for someone with previous contact lens and/or optical experience that is looking to develop and grow.

What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills which include:
- Previous optical or contact lens experience
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier
- Great teamwork and adaptability
- Confidence in using IT systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
- Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless).
