As a Call Centre Assistant, you don’t need to have previous optics experience but it's great if you do!
You need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

- Full time - 40 hours per week
- Set work week is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8.30am - 5pm
- Up to £11.64 pr hour

Responsibilities:
This position will be undertaking the following tasks:
- All aspects of administration
- Answering & transferring calls
- Booking and re-confirming appointments
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Updating & filing records
- Processing invoices
- Sending out correspondence
