This is an incredible opportunity for a new Retail partner to join two thriving, profitable, and forward-thinking business.

Solihull has been trading since 1993 and enjoys a prime location on the high street, recently undergoing a full refit with 8 fully equipped test rooms across two floors. Parkgate, though a 3-room store, is classed as a large business due to its strong turnover. Across both locations, 55 dedicated and long-standing colleagues work collaboratively, supported by store managers with a combined 35 years of experience. The current partner has built a strong culture of development and retention, with several optometrists progressing through the internal Pathway programme. Community engagement is a key focus, including support for local charities such as the homeless programme. The incoming Retail Partner will share these values, fostering a positive environment for colleagues, customers, and the wider community, while working closely with the Optometry Partner and leadership team.
