As a Optical & Hearcare Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and supports them throughout their visit. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while learning the ropes from experienced Opticians and Audiologists.
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting and assisting customers
Provide advice on eyewear and hearing aid products, including style, function, and maintenance
Help customers with hearing aid care, including battery changes and device cleaning
Answering customer enquiries with professionalism and care
What we offer:
£10.20-£12.41 an hour (depending on age)
30 hours over 5 days – 10am-4pm – weekend working is essential
