Specsavers are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the Store Partner, Director, and Business Owner. Grow your own business, look after your customers, serve your community, create an asset for your family’s future and enjoy the profits of all your hard work.
This opportunity is an existing audiology business within a store that already has a customer database and clinical administration team. It requires an initial investment to purchase the shares, you will receive a guaranteed salary and collect profits as dividends. Your focus will be on continuing to service the existing customers and grow the store even further.

The main Saffron Walden location features two testing rooms, including a soundproof room, both positioned away from the shop floor to provide a comfortable clinical environment. Current clinic utilisation remains below capacity, with scope to expand from six-day coverage to a full seven-day service and increase testing availability across both rooms.
The business is also supported by the Haverhill spoke location, which currently operates three days per week and presents clear opportunities to expand service provision. Planned investment includes the installation of a soundproof booth to further enhance the clinical offering. In addition, an approved white-space location is scheduled to open shortly, creating an exciting platform for future growth across the territory.
A strong and established team is already in place, including: A Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (RHAD), a trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser working towards qualification, a fully trained Wax Removal Accreditation Programme professional and experienced retail and support colleagues.
This provides continuity, stability, and a strong platform for continued growth and success.
