Your role
In the role of Retail Technology project coordinator, you'll report directly to the Regional BD IT Lead and become an integral part of the team delivering technology to our stores across the 5 markets in Northern Europe. You will have our own area of responsibility but also support your colleagues in other countries, as well as working closely with colleagues in the Corporate & Infrastructure Products function that the team belongs to.
As the go-to person for retail technology insight, you will be responsible for managing store updates, including new store openings, relocations, and rebrands. In addition, you will oversee retail infrastructure, ensuring that devices are regularly updated and replaced to support applications and enhance the customer journey.

This includes preparation, commissioning, early life support (ELS), and transitioning to Business As Usual (BAU). Furthermore, you'll manage hardware rollouts for retail infrastructure and collaborate with other product teams.
The role requires a hands-on service mindset, delivering exceptional services to stores and partners, and working closely with country service desks. Your primary customers are store partners and staff in Sweden, with support for colleagues and partners in other markets.
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
-
Review and define build and implementation standards for partner organizations and store technology changes.
-
Plan tasks as per process, involving all stakeholders.
-
Take ownership of the lifecycle management roadmap.
-
Deliver technical tasks for store projects and hardware lifecycle management.
-
Create documentation for technical transition to BAU support.
-
Support training and development of country teams regarding store processes.
-
Investigate and diagnose incidents and problems related to store processes.
Store Projects:
-
Manage internal Business Development (BD) and 3rd-party relationships.
-
Coordinate communication, request quotes, place hardware/service orders, and write statements of work for suppliers.
-
Configure hardware and installations as needed.
-
Monitor project quality and efficiency, identifying potential service improvements.
Based in Gothenburg, the role involves regular travel to stores in Sweden and occasionally to other Northern Europe markets.
