As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Situated in the heart of Redhill, Surrey, our busy store is just a short 4-minute walk from Redhill Train Station and well-connected by several major bus routes. There’s also free parking nearby.

Our team
We have a dedicated team of 25 experienced optometrists, dispensing opticians, audiologists, and optical assistants. We’re a close-knit team that supports each other and celebrates success together. What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in optics business
- Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
