Product Coordinator

Date: 26 Feb 2026

Location: SE

Company: Specsavers

Are you passionate about products, data, and problem‑solving? Join us as Product Coordinator and help shape the product experience in our Swedish stores.

At Specsavers, we're dedicated to making eye and hearing care accessible to all. As pioneers and a global leader in innovative technologies, we help people optimise their vision and hearing. We foster your expertise, welcome you into a supportive family, and propel your growth. Grounded in our collaboration, curiosity, courage, and compassion values, we strive to challenge the status quo and invite you to team up with us.

We’re now looking for a Product Coordinator to join our Product team in Sweden — someone who loves working with systems, data accuracy, products, and supporting stores with a service‑minded approach.

Your role

As our Product Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our Swedish Product function. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product to support all aspects of the integrated trading plan — ensuring the right products, data, and processes are always in place.

Your responsibilities span product administration, data management, coordination, and store support. With a mix of structure, pace, and ownership, you’ll make sure product operations run smoothly and efficiently across Sweden.

You will:

  • Oversee the crediting process for returned frames (one‑in, one‑out) and ensure accurate documentation

  • Act as point of contact for our Product teams on ad hoc product requests

  • Coordinate starter packages for new stores in collaboration with the Frame Manager

  • Secure timely delivery of goods and clear communication with stakeholders

  • Maintain and update store address lists and partner information

  • Add new products (frames, accessories, ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses) to Navision, including system testing

  • Produce monthly reports on denied PQG credits and package usage to Näringslivet

  • Maintain our internal company library with correct product information

  • Provide extended support to stores on frame and order‑related queries

  • Manage our manual packing and scanning process

Your new team

You'll join our Swedish Product team within Trading — a small, hands‑on, collaborative group focused on ensuring product launches, quality, data accuracy, and seamless processes across all our stores.

You’ll be based in our Gothenburg office and work closely with store partners, support office functions, and Product colleagues across Northern Europe. Expect a supportive environment where curiosity, ownership, and teamwork drive everything we do.

Your qualifications

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with systems, data, and processes — and if you naturally take initiative and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment.

Additionally, you have:

  • Experience from an optical store environment

  • Experience working with systems, processes, and data

  • Strong Excel skills

  • A natural curiosity for understanding products

  • Strong IT abilities and willingness to learn new systems

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

You’re someone who’s organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working at pace. You communicate clearly, enjoy supporting others, and adapt easily when things change. Experience from a product team or with Navision is a plus — and being proactive and solution‑minded will help you thrive in this role.

Your development

Within 3 months, you’ll:

  • Be onboarded and introduced to our product processes, key systems, and the way we support stores.

  • Gain understanding of product administration flows — such as the Frame to Follow process, reporting routines, and maintaining accurate product and store data.

  • Support and work on core coordination tasks, including handling returned frames, updating product information, and responding to initial store queries.

Within 6-12 months, you:

  • Run product administration tasks independently, including product creation in Navision, crediting processes, and monthly reporting to Näringslivet.

  • Understand how our systems, data structures, and stakeholder landscape fit together — and how your work contributes to product quality and operational efficiency.

  • Can be the go‑to person for product‑related questions from stores, partners, and internal teams.

  • Deliver accurate data, smooth coordination, and reliable communication that support the integrated trading plan.

Further development:

  • We have a strong focus on your personal development plan to make sure that your competencies and skills continue to be best in class

  • You can choose a career path within Specsavers you perceive as your personal journey.

  • You can grow professionally in an organisation that recognises your skills and personality.
