The Specsavers store in Porthcawl, located on John Street, offers a welcoming and community-focused environment, delivering high-quality optical and audiology services in a busy coastal town. The store combines a strong commitment to customer care with a fast-paced retail setting, where teamwork and professionalism are key to success. Conveniently positioned in the town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, including regular local bus services connecting surrounding areas, making commuting straightforward. Equipped with modern testing facilities and a wide range of stylish eyewear, the team prides itself on providing personalised advice and exceptional service to meet individual needs.

The team at the Porthcawl Specsavers store is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly customer-focused, creating a supportive and collaborative working environment. Colleagues work closely together across optical and audiology departments, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for every customer.   • Welcoming customers into store 
  • Booking in eye tests 
  • Pre-screening patients 
  • Providing style advice 
  • Measuring frames 
  • Taking phone call
