So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.  

Our store:

Marsh Mills Specsavers is a wonderful family feel store with a team of 13 team members all dedicated to the same cause; improving peoples lives through better sight and hearing. The store is a stand alone entity within Sainsbury's and is consistently scoring highly on employee satisfaction surveys, it really is a Great Place to Work!
