As a Partner, you will lead and continue the growth of your own audiology business while being backed by dedicated support teams across finance, IT, marketing, recruitment, payroll, and more. This structure allows you to focus on delivering high‑quality clinical care while building a profitable and sustainable business.

 

This newly available opportunity will see you take the lead across two well‑established locations:

  • North Ryde - Macquarie Centre

  • North Rocks - North Rocks Shopping Centre

 

Both stores boast strong optical and retail teams, creating a solid foundation for continued audiology growth.

 

The Opportunity

 

Specsavers North Ryde and North Rocks have been operating successfully since 2019, providing a strong existing customer base and established operational processes. As the Audiology Joint Venture Partner, you will join a supportive team of experienced Optics and Retail Partners who are committed to collaborative success.

To further strengthen your business from day one, you will also be supported by:

  • A Part‑Time Audiology Clinic Manager, and

  • A Full‑Time Audiologist,
    both focused on delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

 

This structure provides an ideal platform for an experienced clinician looking to take the next step into business ownership.

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Full membership (or eligibility) with Audiology Australia or ACAud

  • Minimum two years of post‑QP clinical experience

  • Strong administration and diary management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capability

  • Ability to lead, collaborate, and drive business outcomes

  • A passion for elevating the future of audiology through clinical excellence and value‑driven care
