Technology Specialist

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, Testers, Developers (in-house and third-party), and Business Stakeholders to ensure product deliveries are fit-for-purpose and aligned with business needs. You’ll also work with external vendors to clarify requirements, review deliveries, and maintain strong, solution-focused relationships. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Deep product knowledge and expertise, including features, integrations, limitations, and roadmap 

• Translating technical details into business value and vice versa 

• Facilitating stakeholder communication and requirement clarification 

• Supporting testing and validation of product deliveries 

• Driving agile ways of working and continuous improvement 

• Documenting and sharing product knowledge across teams 

Your new team 

You’ll be part of our Technology function, reporting to the Technology Product Manager. While you won’t have direct reports, you’ll work closely with colleagues across regional and global teams, as well as third-party development partners.
