Your role
As our Technology Martech Product Owner at Specsavers, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining technology products that support our marketing and customer engagement ambitions across the Northern European region.
You own your product end‑to‑end — from vision and roadmap to delivery, optimisation, and eventual decommissioning. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and agile teams, you ensure that the right things are built at the right time, always with a clear focus on value creation and end‑user needs.
You act as the single point of contact for product content, prioritisation, and release planning, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clarity across the organisation.

- Act as the single point of contact for product content, planning, and communication.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, Scrum Master, and stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous improvement through feedback, discovery, and user insight.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, balancing development, maintenance, and decommissioning.
Your new team
You’ll join the Northern Europe Technology function, reporting to the Head of Martech. The team works closely with business stakeholders across countries to build and operate scalable, modern technology solutions that support Specsavers’ commercial and customer ambitions.
You will collaborate with colleagues across technology, marketing, business, and external development partners in a complex, international setup.
