We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Digital & E-commerce team and support the day-to-day running and optimisation of our e-commerce processes. You will gain valuable hands-on experience across digital platforms while collaborating with different teams and contributing to ongoing e-commerce initiative

 

Your role

As part of the Digital & E-commerce team, you will support the daily operations of our online business and help ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of our e-commerce platforms
  • Assisting with onboarding new content to our websites
  • Updating and maintaining product pricing across categories
  • Supporting optimisation of our website and e-commerce processes
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different teams and functions
  • Contributing to ongoing digital and e-commerce initiatives
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks within the digital team

 

 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented student with a strong interest in digital business and e-commerce.

We are preferably looking for someone who:

 

  • Is currently studying and able to work up to 15 hours per week
  • Have high attention to detail, especially when working with data and content
  • Is structured and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Have an analytical mindset
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have an interest in digital, e-commerce, and online customer experience
  • Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
