We are looking for a Student Analyst to support our Customer & Product Data & Measurement (CPDM) team within Marketing Services. You will help maintain and improve reporting, support data processes, and contribute to building a stronger data-driven culture across Northern Europe.
Your role
As our Student Analyst, you'll play an important role in ensuring that business stakeholders have access to reliable data, meaningful reporting, and well-documented processes.
You will work closely with the Customer Data team and gain hands-on experience with reporting, data analysis, data models, and emerging AI opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and enhance Power BI reports to enable self-service reporting across the business
- Develop an understanding of our data models and contribute to their continuous improvement
- Support weekly and monthly reporting processes
- Update and maintain non-automated data flows and reporting activities
- Analyse, streamline, and document business processes and data flows
- Assist with business KPI reporting and insight generation
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and data analytics to improve ways of working
- Support ad hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders across the organisation
Your new team
You'll become part of the Customer & Product Data & Measurement team within Marketing Services. We are a team passionate about helping the business make better decisions through quality data, meaningful insights, and effective measurement.
We work closely with Marketing, Digital, CRM, and regional stakeholders across Northern Europe, giving you broad exposure to different business functions and data-driven initiatives.
This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in analytics, reporting, data management, and AI within an international organisation.
What are we looking for?
We are preferably looking for someone who can tick some of the bullets below:
- Currently studying at university or business school within Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with coding, preferably SQL and/or Python
- Strong interest in data analysis, data structures, reporting, and AI
- Interest in data mining and predictive modelling
- Experience working with large datasets is an advantage
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English (a Scandinavian language is an advantage)
