To strengthen our Insight Capability Hub, we're searching for a Senior Insights Manager to join our team.
Your role
Our brand is one of our most important assets, and it’s vital that we can confidently and accurately measure how we are growing and strengthening the brand across our regions.
As Senior Insights Manager, you will lead and manage our newly implemented Brand Health Tracker and Marketing Campaign Evaluations across all our regions globally, which include region UK/ROI (UK, Republic of Ireland), Northern Europe (Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden), ANZ (Australia, New Zealand), and Canada.
You will be responsible for overseeing the management of how we measure and monitor our brand and evaluate our campaigns across the regions, including potential for optimisation of our processes.
Responsibilites will include:

Lead and develop our Brand Health Tracker across regions, covering optics and audiology

Manage relationships with our global research agency for brand tracking and campaign evaluation

Ensure high-quality analysis and actionable insights from brand and campaign data

Drive continuous improvement of the Brand Health Tracker based on stakeholder feedback and business needs

Evaluate marketing campaigns to identify performance trends and strategic learnings

Collaborate with regional and local teams to align insights reporting and strategic input

Provide insights to support annual strategy reviews across markets

Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in health measurement
You will report to our Head of Insights Northern Europe who works out of the Specsavers office in Copenhagen, Denmark, but many of the team colleagues and stakeholder in the Insight Capability Hub are based in the UK and Australia. Experience with working in a global organisation across time zones is therefore desirable. Some travel within Northern Europe and to the UK can be expected, typically limited to a few visits per year.
Your new team
As Senior Insights Manager, you'll become an integral part of the new Insight Capability Hub (ICH). ICH’s purpose is to champion and support customer centricity and data driven decision making across the business through a globally connected insight function. Alignment of brand tracking processes across the regions is a key element in making this a success.
Supporting the regional customer journey teams and other capability hubs we’re responsible for helping colleagues turn insight into actions and ultimately making better decisions by understanding optics and audiology consumers and categories better than anyone else.

Your qualifications
We’re looking for someone curious and commercially minded — someone who can turn complex research into clear, actionable insight and manage multiple priorities with confidence. To thrive in this role at Specsavers, you should bring:

Proven expertise in quantitative market research, particularly in brand and campaign tracking

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Excellent stakeholder management, including experience working with senior leaders and external research agencies
-
A sharp eye for insight, able to turn data into clear recommendations that influence strategy
-
Strong communication skills — confident presenting and writing in English
-
Solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and storytelling

Your development
Within 3 months, you’ll:

Be onboarded and meet your Insight Capability Hub colleagues, get introduced to key internal stakeholder and have extensive introduction with our external brand and campaign tracking agency

Gain understanding of the Brand Health Tracker and Campaign Evaluation approaches and become confident with the tools
-
Start working with the Brand Health Tracker and Campaign Evaluation data and provide input to the development of a user-friendly dashboard

Get a thorough introduction to the different regions and countries we operate in within optics and audiology
Within 6-12 months, you:

Run the Brand Health Tracker and Campaign Evaluation together with your colleague in Melbourne

Understand the industry we work in, our strategy, our approach to brand management and how the Brand Health Tracker and Campaign Evaluation adds value to the business globally

Can be the go-to-person for all questions related to Specsavers’ brand tracking and campaign evaluation

Deliver business critical insights to support strategic as well as tactical projects

Will start seeing new possible applications for the insights you’re working with
