Your role 
As our Partner Learning & Content Coordinator, you will design, develop, and optimize learning content to support Partner and leadership development across Northern Europe. You’ll ensure training materials are engaging, accessible, and aligned with business objectives while integrating innovative learning technologies. 

Collaborating with stakeholders across five countries, you’ll oversee content proofreading, translation, and integration into our LMS platform, ensuring consistency and quality across all learning materials. 

By gathering insights from learners, Partners, and stakeholders, you’ll continuously enhance training content, track engagement, and support ongoing improvements to create impactful learning experiences. 

 

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and design engaging learning content for Partner Development, including digital, classroom, and blended learning formats. 

  • Ensure training materials align with leadership development goals, business needs, and Specsavers' brand and tone of voice. 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (L&D, Retail Operations, HR, Professional Advancement) to tailor content for regional and country-specific needs. 

  • Manage and optimize content on the Learning bank (LMS) platform, ensuring accessibility and usability. 

  • Create and manage AI Avatar content, including scriptwriting and video production. 

  • Oversee proofreading and translation processes to maintain consistency across five countries. 

  • Gather feedback and track engagement data to refine learning materials and improve training effectiveness. 

  • Monitor and analyze training impact, providing insights to enhance learning initiatives.

As our new Partner Learning & Content Coordinator, you’ll report directly to the Senior Partner Development Manager, Northern Europe. You’ll become an essential part of the vibrant Partner Development team, working closely with a group of talented and passionate colleagues.

Your qualifications 
We are looking for a highly organized and process-oriented team member who thrives in a dynamic environment. Managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and an engaging learning experience comes naturally to you. 

 

To succeed in this role at Specsavers, you might have: 

  • Experience in learning content creation, instructional design, or learning development. 

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accessible training materials. 

  • Developing content for various learning formats (digital, classroom, and blended learning). 

  • Understanding leadership development principles and different learning approaches. 

  • Familiarity with virtual classroom tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP), particularly Learning Bank. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Word and PowerPoint. 

  • A creative and open-minded approach, bringing fresh perspectives to training content. 

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, ensuring inclusive and effective learning experiences.

Your development 

Within 3 months, you’ll:   

  • Receive a structured onboarding to help you settle into the role and connect with colleagues across the business.  

  • Gain understanding of the partner development approach and the Specsavers Way of learning.  

  • Support the creation and adaptation of learning content across formats. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Northern Europe and contribute to ongoing development projects.  

   

Within 6-12 months, you:   

  • Run learning content coordination, including updates and collaboration with colleagues across countries. 

  • Understand Partners’ learning needs to shape impactful learning experiences that support growth and align with leadership goals and business priorities. 

  • Can be the go-to person for content creation, translations, proofreading, and AI avatar scripting. 

  • Deliver clear, engaging learning experiences, using feedback and data to make improvements.
