We’re looking for a structured and collaborative  Marketing Project Manager to join our Northern Europe (NE) Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to lead campaign production and traffic management across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Netherlands. Your role

 

As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the detailed planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and creative assets across NE. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and in line with business goals.

 

From briefing creative tasks and managing legal approvals to coordinating asset delivery and supporting country teams, you’ll be at the heart of our campaign operations. You’ll also help optimize our asset management systems and production workflows to drive efficiency and quality.

 

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include but not be limited to: 

  • Develop and execute production and traffic management plans across NE markets.
  • Manage creative briefing processes and support copywriters with structured messaging.
  • Coordinate legal approvals and translations to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Oversee asset delivery to marketing teams and suppliers, ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Support country marketing teams with campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage digital asset management (DAM) systems for storage and transmission.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

 

 

Your new team

 

You’ll join the NE Marketing team, reporting to the Campaign & Production Lead, and work closely with Campaign Managers, the Marketing Services team, and our global production colleagues. You’ll also collaborate with external partners like photographers, freelancers, and agencies.

Your qualifications

 

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment. You know how to juggle multiple priorities, build trusted relationships, and keep campaigns moving forward.

 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

 

  • Strong project and traffic management skills across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Solid understanding of marketing tools and channels.
  • Experience with creative development and customer communication.
  • Ability to manage legal approvals, translations, and asset delivery.
  • Experience with DAM systems and asset organization.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in a local language is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.

 

 

Your development

 

Within 3 months, you’ll:

 

  • Be onboarded into the NE Marketing ecosystem and introduced to key stakeholders.
  • Start managing campaign production tasks and creative workflows.

 

Within 6–12 months, you’ll:

 

  • Own production planning and traffic management across NE.
  • Be the go-to person for campaign execution and asset delivery.
  • Help optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
