Your role
In this role, you will support the design, delivery, and coordination of learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the NE Learning & Development team, People & Organisation colleagues, the Retail Talent Team, and global L&D functions to ensure managers and colleagues have the tools, skills, and support they need to thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deliver learning paths and development activities aligned with business needs and Great Place To Work (GPTW) insights.
- Enhance and maintain learning content, materials, and digital solutions.
- Support managers in strengthening team capability through leadership tools and training.
- Act as subject matter expert on development tools such as Insights and Hogan.
- Coordinate regional capability‑building activities and communicate key L&D initiatives.

You’ll be part of a dedicated and small yet powerful team focused on delivering Learning & Development and Employee Experience solutions that matter. You’ll play a central role in shaping learning across NE and work with global - bringing your voice, your ideas, your design, and your influence to the table. What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
- Experience working in an international matrix environment.
- Strong facilitation skills and hands‑on experience delivering L&D solutions.
- Ability to diagnose learning needs and translate them into effective interventions.
- Comfortable working with learning systems, digital tools, and people data.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
I’d be nice to that you have the following:
- HR background.
- Experience with agile ways of working.
- Certifications in Hogan or Insights.

- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
