For our Northern Europe Support Office in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Graphic Designer for a 12 months maternity cover to support our national campaigns across five markets.
Your role
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be part of the creative team, working within an established design framework to deliver creative assets used across five markets in Northern Europe.
You will produce digital‑first, high‑impact content for multiple channels — from paid social and onsite assets to CRM, print, POS, and outdoor formats. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and creative teams across regions to ensure every visual aligns with our strategy, brand guidelines, and performance expectations.
This role is about turning strategy into standout creative, ensuring consistency while adapting visuals to diverse platforms, formats, and user behaviours
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and adapt digital, print, outdoor, and POS assets that align with campaign strategies and brand guidelines.
- Create platform‑specific visual content — including static and motion‑based assets — optimised for varying specifications, formats, and user behaviours.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams across markets to ensure strong execution, consistency, and timely delivery of all assets.
Your new team
You’ll join a highly collaborative design environment within our creative team function, where designers, project managers, concept specialists, and copywriters work closely together to deliver compelling creative across multiple markets. You will be part of a supportive group that values creativity, precision, and momentum.
Your role will also involve close interaction with our Global creative team and external agencies, as well as production partners for photography, film, and video. While our teams operate across markets and locations, we maintain a shared sense of purpose and a strong commitment to producing high‑quality, impactful campaign work.
What are we looking for?
We are preferably looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
- Experience as a graphic designer within marketing, digital, or advertising environments.
- Good ability to create and design digital advertising assets adapted to different channels and placements, including social media, onsite, and other paid adverting platforms.
- Experience producing both static and motion assets, and an understanding of how creatives performs across digital platforms.
- Experience working with brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and multiple creative formats including print and outdoor.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to deliver high‑quality work at speed.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience designing CRM assets.
- Experience working across several markets or international setups.
