Date: 21 May 2026

Location: Nordhavn, DK, 2150

Company: Specsavers

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence, ensuring data accuracy, and creating seamless collaboration across supply chain partners? Join Specsavers as our new Contact Lens Coordinator on a 12-month contract and play a key role in ensuring the performance and efficiency of our Northern Europe contact lens operations.

Your role

As our Contact Lens Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our outsourced warehouse operations, working closely with our logistics partner to ensure smooth day-to-day performance and continuous improvement.

You will take ownership of performance monitoring, data validation, and operational insights, while acting as the central coordination point across multiple stakeholders – from supply chain teams and demand planning to customer-facing functions.

This role is about turning complex operational data into clear insights, ensuring alignment across teams, and proactively addressing risks to service delivery. It also includes occasional travelling to sites in UK and Sweden.

According to hiring manager Dave Tucker, “the role is key to ensuring we stay in control of our operations while working with external partners. We’re looking for someone who is curious, structured, and confident working with data — someone who can connect the dots across teams and turn insights into action. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact on service performance across Northern Europe.”

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs (e.g. OTIF, inventory accuracy, lead times, returns)
  • Validate and challenge operational data from external partners to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Analyse trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to ensure visibility across stakeholders
  • Act as the key link between warehouse operations, supply chain teams, demand planning, inbound logistics, and customer-facing team
  • Coordinate communication on order flow, inventory availability, and potential service risks.
  • Support operational readiness for new products and lifecycle changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, and efficiency.

Your new team

You’ll join our Contact Lens Fulfilment Team working alongside of our Northern Europe operations setup, working closely with supply chain teams, demand planners, distribution and logistics partners, and customer operations.

We’re a collaborative and fast-moving environment where data, communication, and teamwork are key to delivering strong service levels across markets. You’ll play a central role in connecting teams, enabling visibility, and ensuring alignment across the end-to-end order flow.

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
