We’re strengthening our Northern Europe Communication team and are now looking for a Communication Consultant who can help engage and inform our colleagues across the region.
Your role
Our internal communication plays a crucial part in delivering our strategy and strengthening our culture. As Communication Consultant, you will support the successful delivery of key business initiatives - primarily within the Customer and Growth areas - by ensuring that our leaders, support office colleagues, partners and store colleagues know what’s happening, why, when, and what action is expected.
You will work closely with stakeholders across our business at global, regional and country level, translating complex activities into clear, engaging and motivating communication using a variety of formats and channels.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing internal communication plans and content for business initiatives across Marketing, Product, B2B, Audiology, Clinical, Store Environment and Sustainability
- Ensuring communication activities are well‑planned, aligned and delivered with key stakeholders across Northern Europe
- Maintaining and improving static content on our communication platform, GreenPoint, ensuring relevance, clarity and structure
- Producing communication that reflects our brand, purpose, values and tone of voice
- Seeking inspiration and sharing best practices to continually strengthen internal comms
- Supporting wider communication projects as needed across the Communication team in Northern Europe
Your new team
You’ll join our Northern Europe Communication team - a collaborative and experienced group responsible for engaging colleagues across five countries. We work closely with country communication teams, the NE Design team, NE Product, NE Marketing, Professional Advancement, Audiology, Technology, L&D and global stakeholders.
You will be based in our Northern Europe Support Office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. The office is designed for connection and creativity, with collaborative spaces and a rooftop terrace overlooking the harbour. We offer flexible and hybrid working options to support a healthy work‑life balance.
Your qualifications
We’re looking for someone who can combine hands‑on execution with strategic thinking - someone structured, service‑minded and positive, who can turn complexity into clarity and navigate a busy organisation with many stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you bring:
- A university degree in communication, marketing or similar
- Solid experience working in an internal communication department
- Strong skills across internal communication channels and formats
- Experience from an international environment and/or retail is a plus
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- A structured approach to planning and prioritisation
- A collaborative style and the ability to see projects through
Your development
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Be fully onboarded to the Northern Europe Communication team
- Have met key stakeholders across regions and functions
- Be supporting communication plans for initiatives within Customer and Growth
- Be familiar with formats, channels and processes — including our GreenPoint platform
Within 6–12 months, you’ll:
- Independently drive communication plans across multiple business areas
- Be the go‑to person for communication support within assigned initiatives
- Help shape improvements to communication processes and channel usage
- Contribute to broader regional communication strategy discussions
