Are you an expert in executing customer activation across CRM, Digital & Social, ready to manage hands-on implementation and campaign delivery? Then we might have a just the job for you as part of the channel manager team for Specsavers Northern Europe.
Join Specsavers as our new Marketing Services Channel Manager for 12 months on a parental cover and play a key role in connecting strategy with execution across Northern Europe markets.
Your role
As our Marketing Services Channel Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that customer activation campaigns are implemented, deployed, and continuously optimised across multiple channels.
You will act as the key link between Northern European Support Office (NESO specialist teams and local markets, ensuring alignment, clarity, and quality across all activities — from planning to execution and performance follow-up.
You are a structured and collaborative coordinator who brings oversight, direction, and momentum to complex, multi-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact between our central Northern Europe marketing teams and one of our regional markets for channel management across CRM, digital, social, and other media platforms
- Coordinate implementation of campaigns, including briefs, formats, asset lists, tagging, naming conventions, and campaign setup
- Manage deployment activities such as media plan feedback, asset delivery, CRM briefing, and deadline tracking
- Monitor live campaigns, evaluate performance metrics, and engage into dialogues with media specialists and communicate recommendations to stakeholder.
- Ensure consistent execution aligned with Northern Europe standards and processes across markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on briefs, testing, asset delivery, and performance follow-up
- Support regional alignment and continuous improvement of processes, CRM programmes, and initiatives
Your new team
You’ll join the Marketing Services Media team in Northern Europe, working at the intersection between our five markets and CRM, digital, creative, and data specialists.
You will collaborate closely with market stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners, supporting multiple countries in delivering effective and consistent marketing execution.
Together, you will ensure that campaigns are delivered with quality, efficiency, and measurable impact across all relevant channels.
What are we looking for?
We are preferably looking for someone who has:
- Experience with channel and media management, CRM, digital, and social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Snap, DV360)
- Proven experience in campaign implementation, deployment, and follow-up for customer activation activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Experience tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics and translating insights into actions
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe, dashboards, project management tools)
- Understanding of marketing processes within a modern marketing organisation or agency environment.
