Are you passionate about leading high-volume creative production and ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered seamlessly across multiple markets? Then we might have just the job for you at Specsavers.

Join Specsavers as our new Campaign Production Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising how creative campaigns are planned, produced, and delivered across Northern Europe.

Your role

As our Campaign Production Lead, you will lead the team responsible for campaign production, workload and resource planning, and traffic management across Northern Europe.

You will ensure the successful delivery of thousands of creative assets annually across five markets, supporting marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, POS, TV, video, and outdoor channels.

Acting as the bridge between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, agencies, and production partners, you will continuously improve our operating model, optimise workflows, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You are a structured leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic planning with operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead campaign production planning and resource allocation across multiple markets and campaign priorities
  • Manage and develop the production and traffic management team, providing clear direction and support
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative assets across all marketing channels
  • Drive continuous improvement of production workflows, operating models, and ways of working
  • Coordinate internal creative resources, external agencies, production suppliers, and freelancers to ensure effective delivery
  • Manage production budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring quality, efficiency, and value for money
  • Oversee asset management, licensing, and digital asset management (DAM) processes
  • Align and manage expectations across a broad stakeholder group, including senior leaders, marketing teams, and external partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and asset reuse across campaigns and markets

Your new team

You will join the Northern Europe Customer Experience team, a regional function responsible for designing and delivering customer communications and marketing campaigns across five markets.

Working closely with marketing, creative, media, legal, and trade marketing teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of over 100 projects and thousands of creative assets every year. Together, you will enable impactful customer experiences and support business growth through efficient and effective campaign delivery.

What are we looking for?

  • A track record of delivering high-quality creative assets across multiple channels including digital, social media, POS, print, TV, and video
  • Experience managing both internal teams and external agencies, suppliers, and production partners
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working within either an in-house marketing function or a creative/production agency environment

It would be an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working across international markets or within a regional marketing organisation
  • Exposure to brand governance, creative development, and campaign planning
  • Experience driving automation, efficiency, or scalability initiatives within production environments
  • Commercial understanding of retail marketing and campaign performance.
