Your role

 

As Business Intelligent Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making across Northern Europe. You’ll lead the design and governance of our Power BI environment, ensuring reporting is clear, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals. This role is critical to reducing costs, minimizing risks, and preparing the organization for AI-driven analytics.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Lead the design and implementation of a unified Power BI reporting structure across the region.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive adoption of new reporting standards.
  • Oversee report lifecycle management, including creation, maintenance, and decommissioning of reports.
  • Monitor and optimize Power BI capacity to maximize value and control costs.
  • Champion best practices in data visualization, governance, and smarter working.

What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience designing, developing, and managing Power BI environments at scale.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and deliver effective training.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and transforming complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Microsoft data stack or other cloud-based data solutions.
  • Fluent in English (and preferably one Northern European language).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data, computer science, or similar field.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and data security best practices (desirable).
