The Role & Team
Ready to be part of one of the most significant transformation programs in Audiology?
Reporting to the Head of Business Change – Audiology ANZ, you'll join a global team at the forefront of delivering strategic change across the business. In this high-impact role, you'll play a key part in delivering a major Practice Management System transformation to our stores and support office teams, helping implement the changes needed to improve the customer journey, enhance operational efficiency, and support the future of Audiology across the Specsavers ANZ network.
Working closely with senior leaders, technology teams and business stakeholders you'll drive complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for both our teams and customers.
What we are looking for
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a business-critical initiative with visibility across ANZ and global teams.
You'll be a confident and influential leader who can bring diverse stakeholders together, navigate competing priorities, and drive projects to successful outcomes. If you're energised by solving complex challenges, building strong relationships, and delivering meaningful business change, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience delivering complex change projects and programs
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives in matrix organisations
- Strong expertise in project planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Formal Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
- Outstanding communication, influencing and leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, MS Project and Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems and deliver results in fast-paced environments
