The role and team
We have an exciting full time fixed term opportunity for a skilled Integrated Designer to join our Trading Team. Working closely with the Creative Hub Head of and Lead Designer, you will coordinate the delivery of high‑quality artwork, ensuring all materials are produced on time and to brief. As an Integrated Designer, you will play a key role in accelerating speed‑to‑market while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines. You will support the delivery of impactful creative solutions, producing a wide range of assets using advanced design tools within Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop and Figma.
So, who are you?

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, either within an advertising agency or working directly with a retail organisation (experience in both preferred)

Proven experience producing a broad range of retail promotional materials across both print and digital channels (essential)

High‑level capability in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop), combined with demonstrated experience delivering substantial volumes of print and digital content on time, with flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows and environments (essential)

Experience with ‘Figma’ using as a design tool, creative sharing and collaboration platform

Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with the broader marketing teams, contributing as a strong team player within a productive and harmonious studio environment.

Highly organised, structured, and process‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while prioritising effectively and meeting all deadlines.
