The role & team
The Project Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role within the Professional Recruitment team, supporting a range of operational and project activities across ANZ. In this 14-month fixed term contract role, you will help ensure the effective delivery of key programs, events, and initiatives while contributing to a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
You will provide end-to-end support across diary management, reporting, data administration, and stakeholder engagement, as well as coordinate recruitment events and assessment centres, including logistics and scheduling. The role also involves supporting recruitment-related projects and programs, maintaining accurate data systems and reporting tools, and coordinating administrative processes such as contracts and onboarding documentation. In addition, you will support recruitment platforms, websites, collateral, and internal meetings, helping to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
At Specsavers, we embrace a hybrid approach to working. When not working remotely, this role will be based at our Port Melbourne Support Office.
