The role & team

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager – Audiology to join our growing Audiology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the effective delivery of day-to-day product operations across the audiology portfolio, including product launches, updates, retirements, pricing changes and BAU activities.

Working closely with the Head of Product – Audiology, you’ll ensure priorities are translated into accurate and timely execution. This includes maintaining product data integrity, coordinating system updates, and ensuring all documentation and communications are aligned across internal teams, store partners and external suppliers.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Audiology Marketing, Finance, Operations, Professional Services and external suppliers to support smooth delivery of product initiatives and ensure consistency across systems and channels.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and clarity to complex, fast-moving operational work, while building strong relationships and ensuring things get done on time and to a high standard.

At Specsavers, we embrace a hybrid approach to working. When not working remotely, this role will be based at our Port Melbourne Support Office.

 

The skills we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in product operations, product delivery, portfolio support or project coordination roles

  • Strong attention to detail with experience managing accurate data, systems or documentation

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across BAU and project-based work

  • Experience in product launches, project coordination or operational delivery (highly regarded)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams and external suppliers

  • Proactive and reliable approach with an ability to identify issues early and follow them through to resolution
