The role & team
Our dynamic and energetic Project Managers facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a wide-ranging portfolio of exciting local and global projects. Operating within a Product Team you will deliver software development projects through an agile methodology to an agreed scope, cost, time and quality standard.
In your role as an IT Project Manager you will partner with business stakeholders across our multiple departments to understand business needs and ensure the delivery of project initiatives meet expected standards.
The skills we are looking for:
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT project management, delivering software development projects (essential)
- Extensive experience using project management tools such as Jira (essential)
- Demonstrated experience managing onshore and offshore vendors; the team currently partners with Accenture based in India.
- Formal project management qualifications are desirable (Prince2 and Agile)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Available primarily during standard business hours, with occasional evening calls to the UK, and flexible work-from-home and office arrangements
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies & best practice and have worked in agile delivery methods
