The role & team 

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives on building strong relationships, shaping commercial thinking, and helping teams make confident, informed decisions. 

In this influential role, you’ll partner closely with our Trading team to provide commercial insights that guide product launches, promotions, health fund discounts and retail pricing decisions. 

You will lead endtoend reporting, analysis and interpretation of results, developing a deep understanding of performance drivers to identify opportunities, manage risk and recommend actions that support sustainable business outcomes. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative problemsolving, designing bespoke financial models, running scenario analysis, and translating complex data into commercial recommendations that influence strategic direction. 

We work in a hybrid environment, and when you’re in the office, you’ll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne.
