About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our Trading function. Reporting to the Senior Digital Experience Manager you’ll play a key role in keeping our websites and digital platforms running at their best. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll help deliver seamless online experiences for millions of customers by supporting digital campaigns, optimising website performance, enhancing chatbot journeys, and resolving platform issues, whilst collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless online experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years’ experience with content management systems and e-commerce platforms is essential (Contentful, Drupal, Commercetools, and Algolia highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with an understanding of UX/UI best practices, web analytics, SEO and accessibility.
  • Experience with digital optimisation tools and techniques, including A/B testing, chatbot optimisation and conversion optimisation, is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
  • Commercial awareness within a retail or customer-focused environment.
