About this role:
Reporting to the Head of Professional Development ANZ, you will support our clinical teams by creating and delivering development programs, career pathways, training resources, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs that help clinicians grow, thrive, and deliver exceptional patient care.
You'll play a key role in supporting the development and success of Specsavers' professional teams across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Partners and stakeholders, you'll design and deliver professional development resources, training programs, and career pathway initiatives that enhance clinical capability and support retention. You'll also coordinate engagement, reward and recognition programs, facilitate networking and development events, contribute to key clinical training initiatives such as Early Career Optometry programs and CPD events, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects that drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.

What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Optometrist.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management capabilities
- A collaborative, proactive approach and passion for helping others develop.
- Flexibility to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand and support occasional after-hours events.
