The Role & Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to join the Specsavers team on a 3-month fixed term contract. Immediate start is available.
- 10+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, Visio, and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience working with HCM / HRIS platforms, with exposure to candidate onboarding systems considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to remain adaptable and delivery‑focused under pressure, with experience working across global and local teams, including third‑party vendors.
- Strong experience leading and facilitating requirements‑gathering workshops, capturing functional and non‑functional requirements, use cases, business process models, and screen mock‑ups.
- A collaborative team player with substantial experience partnering with Project Managers, and a solid understanding of the Business Analyst’s role within project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail and creative problem‑solving ability.
- Desirable: Hands‑on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, HROnboard, or UKG/Kronos.
