As background, we’re expanding our practice with two new test rooms and a brand-new diagnostics room, and we’re now seeking a tech-savvy, hardworking individual to take a lead role in running the diagnostics room on the second floor.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy practice and play a key part in supporting a five-clinic operation upstairs and potentially two more downstairs. The role will include:
  • Screening customers’ prescriptions
  • Measuring eye pressures
  • Using OCT technology to take scans
  • Verifying prescriptions from existing glasses
  • Ensuring clinics run smoothly and on time
  • Working closely with our optometrists, Lead Optometrist, and Store Manager to support day-to-day operations
We don’t require previous optical experience, as full in-house training will be provided, including the opportunity to undertake the ClinicalTechnician course to support career development.
