The Opportunity

Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to give you a productive start to your career as an Audiologist. You’ll have the guidance, and resources to successfully complete your clinical internship and gain the Accredited Audiologist status.

With a dedicated in-store supervisor by your side, you’ll receive tailored support to develop your clinical and professional confidence. To complement your in-store experience, our program offers a combination of professional events, courses, and experiences specifically designed to help you thrive in the industry.

In this graduate role, you will be permanently based at our Mt Gambier store. You'll complete your first three months of hands-on supervision and training across our Noarlunga and Seaford clinics, before relocating to your permanent home clinic in Mt Gambier, South Australia.

With dedicated Store Partner support throughout your journey, you'll have the guidance and development opportunities needed to grow as a confident clinician.

Availability to work a Forntightly Saturday will be highly regarded but not necessary.

As this is a regional opportunity, preference will be given to those based in South Australia or have a genuine connection to the local area and are committed to living and working in the region.

What We’re Looking For

• Be either in your final year of Masters study or a recent graduate, at an Audiology Australia Accredited University.
• Have full-time working rights within Australia at the commencement of the program.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment towards continuous growth and career development.
